Tambuwal Goes to Court

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has headed to court to seek legal intervention on the issue of the removal of his security aides by the Inspector General Police (IGP) at dawn on Thursday.

The suit, which details THISDAY is working to GET, was filed at an Abuja High Court on Friday morning.

When contacted on the suit his spokesperson, Imam Imam confirmed it has been filed but refused to make any comment, saying it will be prejudicial for him to say anything since the matter is before the judiciary.
