Somali prime minister voted out of office by lawmakers- speaker

Somali lawmakers voted Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed out of office on Saturday, the parliament speaker said, after a row with the president over a cabinet reshuffle that Western donors said threatened the war-torn nation's fragile recovery.
"The prime minister and his government are out of office," Speaker Mohamed Sheikh Osman Jawari said after 153 members of parliament voted against the premier and 80 backed him. It is the second time in a year that a prime minister was voted out.
