I’m in race to rescue Oyo State from despotism –Adejumo

One of the Oyo State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirants, Soji Adejumo, has declared that he is in the race to rescue the state from an unpopular, mindless and despotic administration that has wiped out the middle class from the economy.
Adejumo, the immediate past chairman of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) and a Professor of Animal Science made this known at the national headquarters of the party, Wadata Plaza, Abuja, where he had gone to  submit his governorship primaries nomination and expression of interest forms.
He lamented that Oyo State had lost its pace setter status among the comity of states as it “is now educationally, agriculturally and economically neglected by the current administration”.
Speaking with the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Abubakar Mustapha, he declared that “it is a distinct privileged to be able to contest for the PDP governorship ticket as the PDP is the most robust and vibrant political party in Africa”.
